Staybridge Suites Raleigh-Durham Apt-Morrisville by IHG

Rooms were clean and perfect for our big family! Breakfast in the morning was yummy! So many fun amenities for the kids, too! Sherry was very nice (who checked us out from our stay)! Even offered us water for our way out, which was so helpful, so we're not having to stop for something to drink right away for our long drive. Thank you!

Close to airport. We had a 2 bedroom suite plenty of space, clean and super comfy beds. Breakfast had a wide range of items and was delicious. Having travelled from overseas and dealing with missed flights and lost luggage Ms Sherry was a welcoming face. Her superb customer service should not go unnoticed. We would definitely chose this hotel again due to our encounter with her. Also a shout out to the friendly airport shuttle driver.

Such a great hotel made even better by their staff. The AGM Mandi was incredibly helpful with my transportation from the airport. Letty was so kind as I was checking in and checking out. But I have to add that the employee of the day for me was Todd the shuttle driver. He took such good care of me, I didn’t want to get out of the bus and go to the airport. To all of you, thank you and I will see you next month.

If you need to be near the Raleigh airport this hotel is a mile away. Suites have kitchens for longer stays. Letty at the front desk is knowledgeable and very helpful for any of your needs. Great stay!

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Letty and all the front desk staff were very helpful. There was a pretty good work out room and laundry facilities, with several washers and dryers. There is a nice patio out back with new grills; the front desk has grilling utensils for you to use.

In the last week we stayed here 3 times! Upon our arrival there was a gentleman on duty (unfortunately didn’t get his name) he was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Letty was on duty in the day time. She is so friendly and helpful, even came up and showed us the ice maker in our room. Always has a smile for us and was awesome to talk to. At the breakfast area we met Chemin. She was helpful and even gave us extra ice. Always happy to get anything you needed. Over all I would say it was the best experience and room we have had in a long time! I will definitely stay here again and will seek out Staybridge suites in the future. We stayed in 1 bedroom suite and 2 bedroom suite. Also very well insulated could not here anything from other bedroom.

Letty and her team were working when I arrived. Welcomed with a smile, happy hour was ongoing with pizza, salad and beverages for all ages. Nice clean room where everything was working. Breakfast started at 6:30 and I had to leave for the airport before that. Most of the breakfast was out early and I was welcome to have even if they weren’t officially open. Fresh fruit and yogurt was so good! Best experience in a long time and I travel 2-3 weeks a month!

Amazing staff, delicious food(free breakfast and dinner with social hours) and perfect location for being near the airport and shopping! Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town for business.
